CANCELLATION POLICY
To respect my time and the time of all clients, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. Failure to show up, arriving 15 minutes or more late, or canceling after the 24-hour window will result in an automatic 35% charge of the scheduled service(s) total to the card on file. This fee must be paid before rebooking. Repeated late arrivals, no-shows, or last-minute cancellations may lead to temporary or permanent booking restrictions.
